Sound:3.7 out of 5 stars
Loudness:3.5 out of 5 stars
Effects:3.4 out of 5 stars

I have a firm reason to enlist this amp in this eight number list. What is the reason? I have seen a lot of guitarists searching for the battery-powered amp. Most of them get frustrated for not having an adequate amp.

Some Awesome Specifications:

Battery backup:

This review will be good news for them. I will write about the Nux Mighty amp here. This amp has almost eight hours of battery backup. With this fantastic battery backup, you can complete your tour practice or a trip practice.

Equalizer:

Apart from the battery backup, the amp offers numerous standard features for the guitar players. It has three-band EQ for different genre artists. I tried the preamp knob for a clean tone, which was pretty good for me.

Like the clean tone, NUX Mighty has blues, crunch, British, pop, metal, and solo presets. They are not up to the mark, but decent. To support the earlier said presets, there are two knobs to set the delayed reverb, chorus, tremolo, and flanger.

Other facilities:

These EFXs are suitable for layering the presets. Within a tight budget like ninety to a hundred dollars, this amp is good enough. There are a lot of good things in this amp. During my trip, I noticed that Nux had prioritized mostly on input lines.

Their aux, phone, and guitar inputs are amazing. I did not see any other growing brand like them – who prioritize these shallow elements. That is a good sign of growing big. Now let’s move on to the crucial part, and that is: what type of battery does this amp use?

6AA batteries. These batteries need three hours of charge to get prepared for the next session. So if you are searching for a battery-powered amp. This one should be your first consideration. Still, I want to request you to check amazon for the best experience. Before that, please check the pros and cons.

Pros

  • Portable amp.
  • Long battery life.
  • EFX is good.

Cons

  • They could improve the gain sound better.
